To play on Conquer, simply download the app, browse through the available games in your area, and book your spot. You can search by sport, location, and date to find the perfect match for your schedule.
Yes! Conquer empowers game hosts to create and manage their own games. Hosts can set the time, location, rules, price, and invite others to join their game. Hosting is an excellent way to build up your local sports community. If you’re interested you can fill out our host form.
Yes! By signing up for a game, your spot is guaranteed. If a game is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Most games will have equipment provided for you, but feel free to bring your own. You can always message the host or group chat to ask questions.
If you are unable to attend a game that you signed up for, please leave the game to open up a slot for another player. If you leave the game more than 24 hours prior to the game’s start time, you will receive a full refund. If you leave within 24 hours, you will not receive a refund.
You cannot attend a game you didn’t sign up for.
We ask that you show up on time as games are often dependent on the number of players who attend. If you're running late, please give the group a heads up in the game chat.
If there aren’t enough players for a game, the host will cancel. When a game is canceled, everyone is refunded automatically.
At the moment, Conquer operates in the New York City metro area. If you would like to help expand Conquer to your city/town fill out our host form.
You can find games on the Homepage or the games page. Click on the game card and click on the “Join” button. For private games, clicking on the join button will send a request to the game host. Once the host accepts your request, you will receive a push notification to join the game. You can do so from the notifications tab of the game page
Yes! You can pay for a guest who doesn’t have the app. When joining a game, you will see a section to increase the number of players you are paying for.
If you have already joined a game, you will not be able to add a guest. You can only add a guest on the payment page.
If you are unable to attend a game after joining, you can leave the game by clicking into the game you joined, scrolling down, and pressing the leave game button
We currently do not have a waitlist feature. If there’s a game that you want to join but it’s full, check the app to see if a spot opens up.
As of now, you can send a direct message to the host of a game or write directly in the game chat. Game chats are automatically created for each game. Most players chat through our WhatsApp Community.
If your app keeps crashing, delete the app and reinstall it. If you are using a device outside of the United States, go to your settings and change the region to the United States. If you are still experiencing crashes or weird behavior, Contact Us.
When you are signing in, there is a Forgot Password button below where you enter your password. Click “Forgot Password” and submit your email. Conquer will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
To delete your account, click on the circle at the top left corner of the Homepage containing your profile picture. Next, click on the cog wheel at the bottom of the side bar and select delete your account.
You will receive a full refund if you leave a game more than 24 hours before the game’s start time. If the game is canceled or if you are removed from the game by the host, you will also receive a refund
If you leave the game more than 24 hours before the game begins, you will receive a full refund. If you leave less than 24 hours before a game begins, you will not receive a refund
Refunds take 5-10 days to fully process.
If a game is canceled, the credits you used to pay for the game will be returned to your credit balance. You can see your credit balance on the My Plan tab or on the Sidebar Menu.
Conquer offers 3 membership tiers. The higher the tier, the more credits you receive and the higher the discount. You can read more about our membership here
By joining Conquer as a member, you get credits that can be used towards joining games, access to special members only events, discounts on gear and equipment, and priority rental access.
Credits are what you use to join games directly through Conquer. Games at premium indoor venues typically cost more than more casual games at outdoor venues. The amount of credits you receive each month depends on which membership tier you sign up for.
You can view your credit balance by clicking on your profile picture at the top left section of the Homepage. On the Sidebar Menu, you will see a section at the top showing your remaining credit balance. You can also view your credit balance from the My Plans tab.
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits in the app. Each additional credit costs $2.00. If you click on your profile picture at the top left corner of the Homepage, you will see a section on the Sidebar Menu to purchase more credits. You can also purchase more credits from the My Plans tab.
Your membership cycle begins the day you sign up (or if you are on a free trial, when the trial ends). Your cycle will renew automatically every 30 days.
Yes! 50% of unused credits from your previous cycle.
Yes! During the cancellation process, you will see an option to pause your membership. You can pause your membership for a maximum of 3 months free of charge! When you pause your membership, your credits will not be available for use until the pause period is over.
Your membership will unpause automatically after the pause period you’ve selected is over. To unpause your membership at an earlier date contact us at info@conquerapp.io.
No. You cannot combine or transfer credits to another Conquer account
No. You cannot redeem your credits for cash.
You can cancel your membership from the Homepage by clicking on your profile picture at the top left of the screen. At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see a cogwheel. Click on the cogwheel and you will see an option to cancel your membership.
If you cancel your membership, all your unused credits are forfeited. Most users opt to pause their membership in order to keep their credits.
Yes! Companies can enroll in Conquer Corporate to provide their employees with unlimited access to hundreds of monthly pick-up games. On Conquer, employees can strengthen work relationships, network, and have the flexibility to play sports on their own time. To enroll your company, please fill out our Corporate Form.
Yes! Conquer offers private Corporate events in NYC for team-building. If you are interested in a private event for your company, please fill out our Corporate Form.
Yes! Keep in mind that members get priority access to private space and get it for a discounted rate. For non-member private events, we prioritize recurring events, but will do our best to accommodate you. If you are interested in booking a private event, please fill out our Private Event Form.
