Frequently Asked Questions

  • Conquer offers multiple membership tiers. Higher tiered plans include more credits at a larger discount. You can view our plans HERE.

  • By joining Conquer as a member, you get credits that can be used towards joining games, access to special events, discounts on gear and equipment, and priority court rental access.

  • Credits are what you use to join games directly through Conquer. Games at premium indoor venues typically cost more than more casual games at outdoor venues. The amount of credits you receive each month depends on which membership tier you sign up for.

  • You can view your credit balance by clicking on the My Plans tab in the Conquer app.

  • If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits in the app. Each additional credit costs $2.00. If you click on your profile picture at the top left corner of the Homepage, you will see a section on the Sidebar Menu to purchase more credits. You can also purchase more credits from the My Plans tab.

  • Your membership cycle begins the day you sign up (or if you are on a free trial, when the trial ends). Your cycle will renew automatically every 30 days.

  • Yes! 50% of unused credits from your previous cycle.

  • Yes! During the cancellation process, you will see an option to pause your membership. You can pause your membership for a maximum of 3 months free of charge! When you pause your membership, your credits will not be available for use until the pause period is over.

  • Your membership will unpause automatically after the pause period you’ve selected is over. To unpause your membership at an earlier date contact us at info@conquerapp.io.

  • No. You cannot combine or transfer credits to another Conquer account

  • No. You cannot redeem your credits for cash.

  • You can cancel your membership from the Homepage by clicking on your profile picture at the top left of the screen. At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see a cogwheel. Click on the cogwheel and you will see an option to cancel your membership.

  • If you cancel your membership, all your unused credits are forfeited. Most users opt to pause their membership in order to keep their credits.
